Content LA
Event Overview:
C21's Content LA is as a two-day event, with a four-strand conference focusing on scripted, unscripted, FAST channels, and international programme sales and coproduction for the global entertainment industry.
My Role:
During my time as Head of Events at C21Media, we launched a one-day conference for TV executives and producers, with the goal to bring together 500+ delegates and top industry speakers for a day of key note sessions and panels, networking and a cocktail reception.
We strategically positioned the event to run alongside LA Screenings in 2016, as the sister event to Content London, and to ensure the targeted industry execs were in LA. This was launched at the trendy London Hotel West Hollywood.
Working with the in-house production and programming team, I oversaw the planning and delivery for this event, working across all elements of the conference and overseeing the delivery on the day.
End Result:
The event was a huge success, with ticket sales doubling for 2017, and the event programme increasing to two days and relocation to a bigger venue. I was the event lead on planning and delivery for the relocation to the historical Ebell Wiltshire.
