Fremantle at Edinburgh TV Festival
Brief:
To produce a private drinks reception for a 200+ guest list of industry professionals, co-producers and talent, hosted by Fremantle’s Production Family pre-Edinburgh TV Festival Awards.
The main event objective was to deliver a high-end event, with entertainment, in a cool and subtly branded environment with a relaxed, informal and creative vibe - representing the production label’s values and to thank talent, partners and clients.
My Role:
As Senior Event Producer, I was lead across creative, planning and delivery, and stakeholder management.
End Result:
We achieved the brief and reached the event objects.
Held at the unique and distinctive ‘Timberyard’ - an old converted 19th century warehouse in Edinburgh, the venue is also a champion of sustainability. All food and beverages served were created with respect to nature & produce, sourced from local artisan suppliers, which complied with Fremantle’s sustainability policy and provided guests with a memorable culinary experience.
