TABOO - UK Premiere and VIP After Party
Brief:
To produce a red carpet premiere screening for 500+ guests, and VIP after party for the Taboo TV series, held at Picturehouse Central during Content London.
The premiere was hosted by BBC, Hardy, Son & Baker and Scott Free London, partnering with Content London, where Taboo was also featured in a keynote session.
My role:
As Head of Events for Content London, I was responsible for the stakeholder comms, planning, and event management for both the premiere screening and panel Q&A. We also facilitated a live stream of the content into a second theatre so tickets could be extended to all Content London delegates.
I was also lead on the set up and onsite delivery of the VIP after party for Tom Hardy and a select 100 guests.
End Result:
Working closely with the venue and external suppliers, we implemented all aspects of the production and logistics and delivered a premium red carpet event.
